Refund policy

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us at info@crayfishingwa.com as soon as you notice, with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, including what you paid for delivery. You do not need to keep the packaging, and we will not charge a restocking fee.

Change of mind and size

Apparel and stickers are printed to order for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or chose the wrong size. Please check the size chart before you buy.

Your rights under Australian law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
