Welcome to Crayfishing WA. By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy and Privacy policy.
Who we are: Crayfishing WA is an Australian online store selling merchandise for recreational crayfishers in Western Australia. We are not a government agency, and nothing on this site is official fishing advice. Always check current rules, bag limits, size limits and seasons with the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) before you go fishing.
Products and prices: All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. If we get a price or description wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Made to order: Our apparel and stickers are printed after you order, by our print partners in Australia. Printing takes about 3 to 5 days after payment, then delivery takes standard Australia Post times. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, but your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected (see our Return and refund policy).
Orders and payment: Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not see or store your card details. We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot fulfil it.
Your Consumer Law rights: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Artwork and trade marks: The Crayfishing WA name, stamp logo and designs are our property. Please do not copy or reproduce them without our written permission.
Using this site: Please use this website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or access it without authorisation. We may update the site and these terms from time to time, and the version on this page applies when you place your order.
Liability: To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you agree to the courts of Western Australia for any dispute.
